Denpasar was the capital of the kingdom of Badung. It was conquered by the Dutch during the Dutch intervention in Bali (1906). The royal palace was looted and razed by the Dutch, leaving today'scentral square "Taman Puputan" in which a statue to the 1906 Puputan can be seen. Denpasar eventually also remains the administrative center of the Regency of Badung and Denpasar even starting in 1958 also made the seat of government for the Province of Bali. Bali experienced rapid growth both in terms of physical, economic, social and cultural rights.The physical state of Denpasar and the surrounding area has been developed in such a life of its people and also have a lot of shows characteristics and urban properties. Denpasar was the seat of government, center of commerce, education centers, industrial centers and tourist center.

Bajra Sandhi Monument is monument of Balinese People Struggle. This Monument is recognized by the name of Bajra Sandhi because it’s form is looking like Bajra or Genta or bell used by all Hindu Priest in reading off Weda holy sentence (mantra) at religious ceremony. This monument is built in the year 1987. The purpose of this monument is to immortalize the soul and spirit of Balinese People struggle, at one blow dig, looking after, developing and also preserve the culture of Bali to be bequeathed to a router generation as advancing capital tread a world of loaded progressive with the challenge and resistance. Denpasar Traditional Market is the place for those who want to see the everyday life. This traditional market is  initially does not as big as like now because have changed experiences and modification which is adapting to the requirement and town growth. This market cannot be discharged from the existence of an existing market in the cross Badung's river that is called Kumbasari Market. They can find anything at the market: fruits, vegetables, fishs, textiles, household items and inexpensive traditional Bali souvenirs.Next visit is Padang - Padang Beach...

Padang - padang is very beautiful beach, small, sandy bay is located close to the UluWatu temple,This beach has a unique position, the visitors must climb down and cut through the barrier reef on the beach gate.They will find the beach  with huge rocks and small caves with beautiful scenery, calm, and comfortable atmosphere in this beach. Uluwatu Temple With Sunset (Temple on the Cliff) is one of Bali's nine key directional temples. Though a small temple was claimed to have existed beforehand, the structure was significantly expanded by a Javanese sage, Empu Kuturan in the 11th Century. Another sage from East Java, Dang Hyang Nirartha is credited for constructing the padmasana shrines and is claimed to have attained Moksha here. The temple located in south western tip of peninsula, up to the blue sea cliff approximately 100 meters high, the best place to view of the sunset. Entrance ticket is  IDR 20,000 /person

Watch Kecak and Fire Dance at Uluwatu Temple. It is called Kecak dance because on its performance using a lot of word ”cak” and it’s repeated many times. The Kecak dancer is consist of fifty men, wearing only loin-cloth and their upper part body left bare. They form rows of circle, coconut lamp oil in the middle. Kecak dance is performed for dance-dramas and the story is taken from Ramayana Epic.

Jimbaran located in south of airport. The beach here is sandy and 4 kilometers long. To have a dinner on the beach is very pleasant and romantic. Many first rate restaurants, small and big, offer sea catch: fish, crabs, clams, octopus, and algae. You will be able to pick your dinner from the aquarium which keeps it fresh. Viewing sunset and arrival of the airplanes is fun for everyone. As soon as night falls, musicians arrive and party goes long into the night. Bands play different kinds of music, and in many languages (could be request)
