Tepekong '' Challenging Currents Is A Truly Gift To Be Enjoyed ''

Diving at Amuk Bay offers some of the best diving in Bali mostly has a white sandy beach and blue water. Gili Tepekong Is the biggest offshore jagged boulder rock stood in Amuk Bay. The great scale of its structure make this site an exciting for dive. Nevertheless, this amazing structure that makes the Canyon so beautiful also among the most difficult areas to dive. The reason of its rule is because Gili Tepekong has strong downward currents which can develop when the tide and surf are active. It is a place need to be patient and careful, which should be treated with caution and respect. Great walls, reef slopes, the canyon, deep dive, strong currents coupled with super coral and marine life makes this a dive for experienced divers only. Menjangan Island '' Beautiful Coral Formations ''

Menjangan Island, meaning Deer Island, is located of the north coast of Bali facing Java and is part of the West Bali National Park which is protected under Indonesian law from environmental abuses. Menjangan Island is well known for its magnificent underwater world, beautiful coral reefs found nearby. Another attraction of the island is protected deer. Menjangan, an inhibited island about 10 km offshore, depth of this a super calm place for relaxing diving and is one of Bali's best diving sites.
The reef is full with caves, and is covered with corals, amazing sponges, and an abundant colourful reef life coupled with the marine life is perfect for those wanting to get photos. The dramatic backdrop of the walls and abundance of fish life makes is easy for photographers to get that perfect shot. Although the best diving in Menjangan Island is said to be from April to November (during the south east monsoon), the island can be dived all year round as it offers some of the most protected diving in Bali. The clarity of the water can at times be amazing, July to September often yields the best visibility and a current of more than 1 knot is unusual. However, as Menjangan is protected from the cold currents coming in from the open sea, there are only rare sightings of larger fish.The more popular dive sites at Menjangan Island are: The Eel Garden, Pos II and, for the more experienced, a deep dive (40m) to the Anker Wreck, a 150-year-old wooden boat.

Tulamben USAT Liberty Shipwreck

Tulamben is a small fishing village on the north-east coast of Bali. It is among the most popular dive sites on Bali since the wreck of the Liberty, a US Army Transport ship torpedoed by a Japanese submarine in 1942. The ship rests in 30 meters of water, is  roughly 25 meters from shore and can be reached with a short swim  from the beach. The highest point of the wreck tops out about 5 meters  from the surface. The ship was torpedoed by the Japanese off the  nearby Island of Lombok and the ship was towed to the beach at  Tulamben for salvage operations. The 1963 eruption of Mt. Agung,  which devastated much of the eastern side of Bali, drove the ship into  the water just off shore, where it became encrusted with coral and a  home to other sea life. Another  dive site close by :Coral garten, Drop off, Batu klebit and Seraya secret bay.

Watch Kecak and Fire Dance at Uluwatu Temple. It is called Kecak dance because on its performance using a lot of word ”cak” and it’s repeated many times. Taman Ayun Temple located in Mengwi Districts, Taman Ayun means a beautiful water garden. It was built in 1634 by I Gusti Agung Anom, the King of Mengwi as a center of the temples in the whole kingdom. This place is a symbol of Bhuana Alit (Micro cosmos) and Bhuana Agung (Macro cosmos), and until these days this place is still used as place to worship God Shiva. Based on Hindu’s Religion, The world is divided into three parts, the upper world, the middle world, and the lower world. In this case, Taman Ayun has 9 meru which has many stages. Two of 4 stages meru arededicated to Gods in Mt Agung and Mt Batur, While, the others seven stages meru are dedicated to Bhatara Majapahit. The pool that surrounds this temple is a symbol of the sea.
